Sasha is from North Wales and developed a strong interest in agriculture from her grandad and uncle, who both farmed when she was younger. This early exposure led to weekend milking, calf rearing, and several lambing seasons, eventually inspiring her to complete a degree in Agriculture with Animal Science at Harper Adams University.

After graduating, she returned to the equine industry, working as a groom for multiple international riders and gaining experience in producing and backing young horses. Outside of work, she plays for several netball teams, helps her dad with the family-run garden centre, and is also involved with Young Farmers when time allows.

After a few years working outside the sector, she realised that returning to the agriculture industry was the right path for her and is now committed to building her career within it.
